Democratic Socialism, unlike prior socialist movements for Suffrage and Civil Rights, has to do with protecting the dignity and ‘Right to Live’. It is not like the other popular trend which is the dignity and ‘Right to Die’ in some socialist countries. Democratic Socialism means everyone in America owns democracy, for example, if you can not make it to a voting station you are less than a prisoner that can vote in their cell. The right to democracy must by protected and this includes against the erosion of rights agreed by all in the past.

Democrats are still capitalist.
